As part of EMAC, SinoGen Power Technology Limited was established in 2013 and specializes in the manufacturing of diesel generator sets. It owns a modern and highly automated factory with an area of 20000 square meters. The company has a joint venture in Thailand with a local business partner, namely EMAC AISA, and a post – sale service center in Saudi Arabia. EMAC AISA is mainly responsible for the manufacturing and supply of rail transit equipment, power system solutions, energy supply system solutions, as well as the refurbishment of special and conventional equipment. Its products cover multiple fields, including rail transit equipment, energy equipment, marine equipment, automotive equipment, and industrial equipment (pumps). In 2018, the first powered coach in Thai history, jointly built by SinoGen and PIn Pet, was successfully delivered. This project is a successful example of China-Thailand cooperation in the field of railway power equipment. By integrating their respective strengths, the two parties have promoted the application and development of power coach technology in Thailand and enhanced the manufacturing level of Thai railway equipment.

The SinoGen Rail Transit Division is divided into two main categories: railway components and complete vehicles as well as repair equipment. In the field of railway components, the business focuses on manufacturers and is also committed to supporting the supply of repair parts. The types of railway components include parts, traction systems, bogies, and braking systems. Our parts products include vacuum toilets from the CRRC – branded Huateng Company, doors from Jingchuang, and through channels from Liancheng. Our traction system mainly cooperates with Shenzhou Traction, and we are the Shenzhou Traction ABB China agent. For bogies and braking systems, we usually use bogie components from Jiu Fang and braking systems from CRRC Braking. Our complete vehicles and repair equipment mainly target users and railway operators and related repair service providers worldwide. In terms of product types, they involve multiple categories such as complete railway vehicles, tourist trains, and repair equipment. In the complete power – generating vehicle business, the SinoGen Rail Transit Division closely collaborates with Thailand’s only railway vehicle manufacturer, Thai Power – Generating Coach. In the field of all – electric locomotives, after comprehensive consideration, we have selected products from Huache and Thai manufacturers for cooperation, aiming to provide diversified, high – quality products and solutions for the global rail transit market.
