CCEC Diesel Engine-Causes of a lot of smoke when accelerating
- The air intake is not smooth. Treatment: Check the filter, pipe and turbocharger. The turbocharger should be clean and free of dirt. Be sure to make the turbocharger impeller rotate flexibly.
- Exhaust back pressure is too high. Treatment: Under load, check and correct the exhaust back pressure.
- In areas with hot climates or high altitudes, the air is thin. Treatment: Weather conditions have an impact on diesel engines. Thin air should reduce the load.
- Air leakage between the air filter and the diesel engine. Treatment: Check all pipe clamps, joints and gaskets. Re-tighten.

- The fuel injection chamber of the fuel injector is broken. Treatment: Remove the fuel injector and fuel injection chamber. Negotiate with EMAC to replace the broken fuel injection chamber and adjust the fuel injector.
- The oil pump is not calibrated correctly. Treatment: re-calibrate.
- The air-fuel ratio controller (AFC) is not calibrated correctly. Treatment: re-adjust accurately.
- The flow rate of the injector is incorrect. Treatment: Check the O-ring of the injector, the fuel injection chamber, the plunger filter and the flow rate of the injector, negotiate with EMAC to replace the damaged parts, and re-adjust.

- The valve is leaking or adjusted incorrectly. Treatment: Check for leaks and readjust the valve.
- Camshaft lobe is worn or damaged. Treatment: check the wear and tear, negotiate with EMAC to replace the camshaft.
- Incorrect valve and fuel injection timing. Treatment: Re-adjust the valve timing and fuel injection timing.
- Cylinder liner or piston is worn or scratched. Treatment: check and measure or negotiate with EMAC for replacement and repair.
- The injector needs to be adjusted. Treatment: Clean and adjust as needed. Check the injector chamber for wear and cracks. Whether the plunger tip is faulty. Replace or repair, readjust.
- The push rod or cam follower cover is broken or bent. Treatment: If it is damaged, consult with EMAC to replace the push rod and cam follower cover.
- The rail pressure switch (MVT) is disconnected. Treatment: The diesel engine deflagration pressure is low. The solenoid is out of order, repair it or negotiate with EMAC for replacement.
- MVT electromagnet is out of order. Treatment: Check the injection hole, gasket, O-ring and filter, etc. Replace or repair.
- MVT piston and frame seals are damaged. Treatment: Check air pressure, pistons and seals, and recalibrate.
- Pneumatic solenoid valve screw (MVT) is not tightened. Treatment: Check whether the air pressure is correct and whether there is any disconnection. Repair and tighten the screws.
- The plunger of the pneumatic solenoid valve stays in the hysteresis position (MVT). Treatment: improper air pressure, disconnection or damage to the electromagnet. repair.
