What is QSK60 Fuel System ?
The QSK60 fuel system mainly consists of two types: HPI and MCRS. HPI combines mechanical and electronic control: sensors detect engine parameters, and the ECU processes these to adjust fuel injection via actuators. In contrast, MCRS is purely electronic, using a closed – loop system of a high – pressure pump, pressure sensor, and ECU. It separates fuel pressure generation and injection, adjusting rail pressure to precisely control injection quantity and timing. HPI is simpler and cheaper, while MCRS is more complex and expensive due to its high – precision components.
