About Jasper Lee
Mr. Jasper Lee is a co-founder of SinoMac. He graduated from Hunan University, a prestigious institution listed in China’s 985 Program, with a bachelor’s degree in Power Engineering. Following his studies, he completed internships at several leading diesel engine manufacturers, including Yuchai and BeiNei-Deutz, where he gained in-depth industry knowledge, hands-on experience, and established a professional network within China’s diesel engine sector.Since 2011, Mr. Lee has conducted business visits to over 40 countries across five continents—from the United States and Colombia to Australia, the UAE, Turkey, the United Kingdom, Spain, and South Africa. He has held more than 1,000 business meetings with clients across diverse industries such as power generation, shipbuilding, automotive manufacturing, construction equipment, agricultural machinery, pump systems, and railway equipment. These extensive international engagements have equipped him with cross-cultural business acumen and a deep understanding of application-specific requirements, forming the foundation of SinoMac’s global growth and professional customer communication.
Between 2017 and 2019, Mr. Lee pursued a global MBA at CKGSB, one of China’s leading business schools. During the program, he participated in a study tour to top U.S. institutions including Princeton University, UC Berkeley, and West Point, and was selected for a three-month exchange at IE Business School in Madrid.
Building on his practical experience, Mr. Lee developed the PCMT marketing system and the BSIE management system during his MBA studies. SinoMac has since implemented these innovative frameworks, which have driven rapid growth and positioned the company to become a visionary enterprise for the future.
In 2026, Mr. Lee continued his executive education by enrolling in an EMBA program at the University of Hong Kong, ranked among Asia’s top business schools. This journey continues to inspire new creative insights and expose him to contemporary management theories. He plans to further refine and apply the PCMT and BSIE systems, elevating SinoMac’s strategic management capabilities to support sustained future growth.
About Patrick Huang
Mr. Patrick Huang is an accomplished senior executive with extensive leadership experience in the industrial and engineering sectors. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Shenyang University, a Master’s degree in Management Engineering from Tianjin University, and a second Master’s degree in Hydraulic Engineering from KU Leuven in Belgium.

Deputy General Manager
Ms. Wen Fu graduated from the School of Business Administration at Hubei University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, building a solid theoretical foundation and systematic knowledge in modern enterprise management. She joined SinoMac Group in 2013 and has since been responsible for the company’s daily internal operations and the marketing activities of the SeaMac business division. With over a decade of dedicated experience in the marine power system integration and supply industry, she has developed deep expertise and extensive global project management capabilities.
During her tenure, Ms. Fu has led her team in delivering comprehensive marine system solutions to hundreds of clients across dozens of countries worldwide. These solutions encompass a wide range of equipment, including diesel engines, gearboxes, main shafts, and propellers for power systems; ship control consoles and navigation communication systems for control and integrated communication; as well as generator sets and fire pump units for power and auxiliary systems. Leveraging her rich experience in international project execution, she is able to quickly understand and respond to the diverse needs of clients in the global marine industry, providing precise, timely, and efficient customized solutions. This has significantly reduced clients’ overall costs related to technical coordination, product familiarization, and cross-cultural communication.
Recognized for her professional competence, efficient execution, and customer-centric approach, Ms. Fu has earned widespread trust and high praise from SinoMac’s global partners. Jason Zhang
Deputy General Manager
As Deputy General Manager at SinoMac, Mr. Jason oversees product procurement 、project management and after-sales service. With a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Design, Manufacturing, and Automation, . His deep understanding of engineering principles and product specifications enables him to provide clients with precise technical consultation, streamline product selection, and ensure efficient supply chain coordination.
In his role as department head, Mr. Jason has successfully managed the end-to-end procurement for several of the company’s key projects. He also conducts international market research to analyze local demand and validate product reliability across global markets.

Our engineers also expanding the ability of provides the power system integration support, that focusing on optimization of power system for different applications.
Based on rich experiences we had here at SinoMac, we also have outstanding technical abilities with special applications, such as explosion proof equipment, NFPA20 standard fire fighting equipment, ultra-low temperature condition power systems, which are quite difficult for customers to find in China.
Our experienced management team provides smooth and professional support to all of three other teams. All the management system here at SinoMac including PCMT, BSIE, CASL, TSIF and 123R gives clearly instructions and build up high standardization for our management team. By applying all these management systems, our management team forming up the other teams into a unit, and making us working together efficiently and synergistically towards our common goals.
