Company Introduction
Q1: Can you introduce about yourself and your company?
We are a pump manufacturer including service, so we also give service system to our customer. We have been in Indonesia from 1993, so we are great well-known in Indonesia.Actually, we’ve very wide product from energy petrochemical,water, general industry and mining. Even in recent years,mining is rising up, so mining is now the biggest of our revenue in recent years.
Then starting to supply all the marine engines, engine spare parts and marine industry for all the marine equipment also.

Q2: What’s the main materials do you need?
Our main part is pump and valve. For valve is just valve,there is the main part is valve.But when we talk about the pump,we have pump itself and it should be driver,driver could be electric motors or engine and also controller is also the main part.
Q3: Which country you source your raw materials?

Q4: When do you feel with Chinese supplier?
We have a long story we can say.Because in the beginning,we have do trial with some Chinese source.There is(are) some bad experiences and also there are good experiences,In general there is some reliable source and that we can consider for our future business.
Cooperation with EMAC
Q5:When do you start your business with EMAC?
First of all with EMAC, when I was looking for the special gearbox, I’m looking in the website. looking for that any supplier can support me with that kind of gearbox, and then I found this company, and I send to contact and after a few days I get a reply from one of a person of the EMAC. And after that we continue that happened in early 2021.
Q6:What’s your experience with product from EMAC?
At the beginning we have doing trial with gearbox so far so good, then we trial again first in engine I think. The first is a big engine then second we grow up we doing repeat order also for this engine. Then now we do the last order so for all is related to engine and gearbox. So far there are some points that really need to improve, but of all we can consider EMAC as our reliable source , in case we need engine or gearbox for our projects.
China Trip with EMAC
Q7:What do you feel for your China trip with EMAC?
It’s very wonderful. It’s more than what I expected. I mean I know China is known really a fast country, but it’s more beyond that what I have imagined. It’s very fast growing, so it’s a very good experience, there is (are)many aspects to learn for me. Very tight it is schedule because. But it’s good experience we know. So we know everything from the development of the city,each city that we see and also how they dealing with the condition,I mean the work condition. I feel very good support from EMAC. We are only speaking English, so we are very grateful to have EMAC to accompany us during our visit there, because if there is no EMAC maybe we can not get even food.

Q8:How do you feel EMAC’s additional services?
It will be really helpful.Because we have also teams that need to learn and we think EMAC has been very successful in promoting their product to be well known abroad.So yeah there is something that we have to learn to EMAC I think relate.Yeah,I think most importantly about these documents like when we are talking about engine we need a little more complete documents.Such as drawings,3D modeling,because we need those data for our presentation to our customers.It also helps us in selling the product.
Q9:What do you want to tell to EMAC’s potential customers?
So far we are quite satisfied, so don’t be afraid. We are a big company and so far we have been doing business with EMAC and so far no problem. There is of course some issue, but they are responding quite good quite responsive so we are also quite satisfied.
