The maximum torque of the engine at 1500 RPM is 7516 N.m.
CCEC provides both heat exchanger cooling and radiator cooling marine auxiliary engines, which mainly using for marine main generator and marine emergency generator.
For the emergency generator set applications, we provide additional options for customers such as dual starter motor system (we provide both electric and spring starter motor for customers), which are required by most of international classifications.
All of CCEC marine auxiliary engine are comes with dry type exhaust system, which means dry type exhaust manifold and dry type turbocharger, SeaMac provides upgrading services for water-cooled exhaust system, which modify dry type exhaust system into water-cooled exhaust system, which are quite important and often requested by passenger boat projects.
Advantages of CCEC K50 – DM1290 Auxiliary Engine
Cummins unique PT with fixture and Step Timing control for precise fuel injection make the fuel injection pressure above 120Mpa, which leads to an excellent fuel consumption rate and emission performance. Check valve in fuel tube improve reliability.
Great flux gear pump, lube oil filter and by-pass oil filter can separate impurity above 10um effectively. Keep lubrication system in good state and make the engine more reliability.
Gear water pump and great flux channel design provide effective cooling. Spin-in water filter makes the coolant clean and keeps it in normal acidity.
Advanced Holset turbocharger, pulse exhaust manifold reduce exhaust temperature, provide excellence fuel consumption and emission performance.
