CCEC KTA38 Generator Drive Engine

CCEC K38 series generator drive engine is V Type 12-cylinder, 38 liter four-strokes engine with 159 mm (6.25 in) bore and 159 mm (6.25 in). CCEC K19 generator drive engine equipped with PT Fuel System, comes with turbocharger. 

The prime power range for 50HZ generator set (1500RPM) of CCEC K19 series generator drive engine is from 560 kW to 1195 kW.

The prime power range for 60HZ generator set (1800RPM) of CCEC K19 series generator drive engine is from 679 kW to 1220 kW.

CCEC generator drive engines have different configurations which have different power output, with code T in the engine model name means turbocharged engine, code TA in the engine model means turbocharge with water-air intercooler and code TAA in the engine model means turbocharge with air-air intercooler. We provide full life cycle services for all customers, from design to power system supply, from installation to commissioning, from after-sales service training to spare parts supply, from trouble shooting to overhaul technical support.

CMI’ advanced PT fuel system has unique overspeed protection, low pressure fuel supply, less pipelines and low failure rate. Originating from excellent overall design, it has excellent reliability.
·Excellent Efficiency
The advanced CMI exhaust gas turbocharger ensures that the engine has sufficient intake air, sufficient combustion and high efficiency. The pressure-type pulse exhaust pipe makes full use of the waste energy and improves the low-load efficiency of the engine.
·Responsive
The controller adopts CMI EFC electronic governor, which has high control precision and fast response speed.
